Shipping Information

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse and include free standard delivery.

• Delivery Time: 2–3 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays)

• Courier: Royal Mail, DPD, or Evri (depending on size and location)

• Tracking: All orders include full tracking — you’ll receive your tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 12 PM (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 12 PM or on weekends are processed the next working day.

Shipping Costs

• Standard Delivery (2–3 Working Days): Free

• Express Delivery (1–2 Working Days): £4.99 (optional upgrade at checkout)

Missed Deliveries

If you miss a delivery, the courier will leave a calling card with instructions to rearrange or collect your parcel. Uncollected parcels returned to us may incur a small redelivery charge.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your item arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours at sales@dogpushchairs.co.uk with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
