Returns & Refund Policy

We want you (and your dog) to be 100% happy with your purchase.
If you’re not satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be unused, unassembled, and in the original packaging.

• You must notify us of your intent to return within 14 days of delivery.

• Returns must be sent back within 14 days of notification.

(These rights are provided under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.)

How to Start a Return

Email support@dogpushchairs.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll reply with the return address and instructions.

Return Shipping

• If the item is faulty or damaged, we’ll cover the return cost.

• If returning due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return postage.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 working days.
Shipping upgrades (e.g. Express Delivery) are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your product for a different model, please email us and we’ll arrange it quickly.
